Two packages of bacon, like two pounds???? I love me some bacon but I don’t think I could choke that down. The sando looks so good & breakfast for dinner is the best!

Can you not get the Huy Fong Sriracha? I remember when there was a shortage, nothing tastes the same. If you have an Asian grocery store in your town, they could have it! Mine does. Anyways, fun sandwich. Good luck with your poops.

my only issue is poor distribution. ingredients in a line with a border of bread around it, rather than being spread to the edge of the bread. the tip in the foreground is like two inches of just bread minus a bit of cheese and bacon overhang
